How to use Tyrosur®
A convincing double act
As a non-greasy, cooling gel and – for weeping wounds – as a water-soluble powder, Tyrosur® is applied to the skin to treat small infected wounds. It combats inflammation and supports the wound healing.
Tyrosur® Gel
Tyrosur® Tyrosur® Gel is used for lots of different wounds such as scratches, lacerations and abrasions.
A sufficient amount of Tyrosur® Gel to cover the areas of skin to be treated is applied 2 to 3 times daily. A plaster is normally not needed for minor injuries or inflammation of the skin on uncovered parts of the body. A protective dressing, which should be changed after every 1 - 2 days, is recommended for larger injuries.
Tyrosur® Powder:
Tyrosur® Powder is especially suitable for treating weeping wounds.
A thin layer of Tyrosur® Powder is sprinkled once to 2 times a day onto the areas of skin to be treated and, if necessary, covered with a bandage.
